Fold back creases in dust jacket so that it lays flat.
Insert jacket in the single available fold.

Fold multifit cover to dust jacket.
Crease with finger nail or similar smooth, firm item. Make a sharp crease.

Fit cover to book.

Use tape either to outside or under cover. Angular taping is best.
